Areena accommodation OPEN with resort restrictions July 2020
We are happy to announce that under advanced level 3 restrictions (July 2020) we are now able to open our self-catering accommodation to leisure travelers from the Eastern Cape.
Come and enjoy our wide open spaces, beautiful scenery and enjoy a break from the stresses of life. A walk along the river is a great way to relax and stretch those legs.
We do require all guests to wear the mandatory face masks while at the resort and to maintain social distancing as set out by the government regulations. We have implemented contact less check in process as much as possible.
There are governmental regulations that we have to operate within, such as: scatter cushions, décor items, loose throws etc. have to be removed from our units. We are not offering the usual unit servicing during your stay. Our swimming pool, playground and clubhouse are closed until government restrictions are eased for these facilities. The Areena Quays Restaurant is limited to operating on a Wednesday and Friday for take-aways only. These regulations are there to help keep you safe from possible infection.
Our Adventure Village at this time is offering quad bike safari tours, Giraffe interaction, Hiking and canoe hire for unguided canoe trails. All bookings are to be made in advance with full payments made before arrival, to ensure limited contact with our resort staff.
While we have restrictions and limitations set out in order to operate, we are confident that you will have a relaxing and fulfilling stay with us.
We are taking bookings for self-catering accommodation and the activities as listed above, unfortunately at this stage we are CLOSED to walk in visitors.
